When will my robot be delivered?
Estimated delivery is 90 days after requirements confirmation. The delivery period begins once application requirements and the final configuration are confirmed in writing. Submitting an enquiry does not start this period.
What does the starting price cover?
The listed USD prices are indicative starting prices for the base configuration. Taxes, shipping, tooling, and integration are additional. Your quotation confirms the final configuration and total price.
Are Robonova products available now?
Standard, Pro Lite, Pro, and Pro Max are in development and at the pre-order stage. Indicative USD starting prices are listed for each model. Estimated delivery is 90 days after requirements confirmation. Production specifications and regional availability are confirmed for each project. This website does not currently accept orders or payments.
How do I choose between the four models?
Start with the task, total handled load including tooling, required reach, and available workspace. Standard is our compact starting point; Pro Lite explores a slender format; Pro focuses on adaptability; Pro Max explores larger workspaces. The published values are targets, not validated performance.
Are these the final product designs?
The visuals and interactive models illustrate the product direction. Hardware details and specifications may evolve during development. Use confirmed engineering documentation, rather than website imagery or display models, for integration decisions.
Are the application examples the only possible uses?
No. Logistics, laboratory workflows, and manufacturing are starting points for a wider conversation. Research, education, inspection, and other ideas are also welcome. Suitability depends on the particular task, environment, integration, and validation.
Can a Robonova arm be used in healthcare?
The examples shown concern research and laboratory workflows, such as sample handling. No clinical-use approval, medical-device certification, or suitability for patient-facing procedures is claimed. Each intended use needs its own technical and regulatory assessment.
Which software, grippers, and interfaces are supported?
The supported software stack, interfaces, end effectors, and accessories are still being defined. Share your required tools, control environment, and integration constraints with our team. No specific SDK, protocol, or third-party compatibility is guaranteed at this stage.
Does a pre-order enquiry reserve a robot?
An enquiry is a discussion of requirements, not an order, allocation, delivery promise, or purchase agreement. The website does not take deposits. Confirmed terms will be needed before any reservation can be offered.
